Speaking

Hello. It’s nice you’re here.
I assume you’re interested in being part of the art of conversation on compassion, creativity and consciousness. Me too.

I worked in the mental health field, studied social work, then circled back to my roots in the arts, and now I support sensitive and neurodivergent creatives like me with 1:1 and group support, and I’m writing a lyric memoir about my journey from catatonia to creative empowerment.

Of course, I have a support network: an incredible husband, a joyous son, amazing friends, gifted professionals, and the NDIS. I’m also supported by my steadfast belief that minds can, and do, change for the better, no matter how insane it can be at times.

I’m available to share with you and your community on topics that are important to us, such as presence, creativity, and wellbeing.

If you wish me to visit in person or Zoom in on your event, meeting, podcast or other kind of gathering, and share from my mind and heart, please contact me directly.
