GROUNDED SUPPORT FOR SENSITIVE & NEURODIVERGENT CREATIVES
Who want to safely explore and achieve their meaningful goals.
Being a sensitive and creative soul, you offer so much to others.
And it can be overwhelming to realise your ideas in a world that doesn’t always nurture your quirks and way of seeing things.
YOUR VOICE
What visions do you hold for you and the world?
What does it feel like to be called to create?
What support and resources do you need to help you express your voice?
If you’re not listening to your quiet inner knowing because of louder external messages and distractions, which have become internal, perhaps it’s time to listen to yourself more deeply.
I’m here to support you as you listen to your true creative self.
And as you gently walk your unique path.
From one sensitive soul to another, I’ve learnt how presence supports wellbeing and creativity.
That’s a conversation we can have as we listen to your inner voice.
As a fellow sensitive creative, I’ll support you to listen to your inner voice, whilst being grounded on the earth.
So you can be present, and explore a slow and flexible creative practice, and business if you wish.
Here’s how I can help you reach your next milestone on your journey.
1:1 Support (NDIS Capacity Building – Therapy Supports, or private)
I work a limited number of hours on Fridays with people 1:1 to help you reach your creative goals.
I work in-person from Allwood Neighbourhood House in Hurstbridge, Victoria, or online Australia-wide.
I use a gentle and grounded approach based on your unique situation, attributes and vision.
I centre my support on us being still and quiet within and we follow your insights and creative sensibilities.
